6 layers of gluten/wheat free vanilla, rainbow coloured sponges filled with lashes of dairy free vanilla buttercream.
The outside can be one colourof your choice or with the rainbow pattern like in the image.

Gluten free Doves farm self-raising flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), thickener (xanthan gum),caster sugar, unsalted butter*, free range eggs*, baking powder, salt, milk,* vanilla extract.Frosting:
Icing sugar, butter*, milk*, vanilla extract.Food colourings - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet.
Storage information
All our cakes are made fresh to order from scratch.
Weather permitting, they can be kept out of fridge and best eaten at room temperature.
Best to refrigerate over-night but might require other type of storage depending on cake decorations/design.
Cakes with edible pictures or heavily decorated with fondant artwork are best kept in a cool, dark area outside the fridge.
