Please be aware we work in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat and dairy products.

We do our best to deter cross contaminition.

All our cakes are made fresh to order from scratch and best eaten at room temperature but we advice keeping them refrigertaed if not being used within a short period of time.

Cakes with edible pictures or heavily decorated with fondant artwork are best kept in a cool, dark area outside the fridge.
