Delivery:

We require at least 3 days notice for simple cakes and up to 2 weeks notice for themed/bespoke cakes.
Please contact us prior to placing next day orders as we may not be in a position to book delivery with our couriers.

We do not offer a delivery service on Sunday.

We deliver cakes to all London postcode areas (within the M25) Monday to Saturday between 8am and 4pm.

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO HOPSITAL OR SCHOOLS! Please make arrangements to have your cakes delivered to a residential address instead.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time as this depends on volume of deliveries on the day, traffic routes, time spent at customers address etc.

If it is imperative you have the cake in the morning please request the cake be delivered the day before.
​
We aim to give the customer a 2 hour delivery window on the date of delivery but cannot always guarantee this. We are a small business and do not have the technology to do so all the time, especially on days when we have a lot of deliveries all over London.

Once the cake is collected by the customer at their delivery address, PaulinasCakes will not be held liable/responsible for any damages which might occur at the customer’s venue.

If the customer is not at home at the on the agreed delivery date, we will attempt to deliver the cake to a neighbour and notify you (the customer). If we cannot find a neighbour to leave the cake with, your cake will be left at your front door if no safer place is found and you will be notified via text with a picture to show where it was left. Please note we will not be held liable if the weather damages your cake when it is left outside due to no one being at home to collect the cake.

We do not offer refunds for cakes that we could not deliver due to the customer not being at the delivery address on the agreed delivery day.
