I’m Paulina, the designer and creative heart behind Paulina’s Cakes, creating elegant bespoke wedding and celebration cakes across London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
What began as a passion for beautiful design and meaningful celebrations has grown into a love affair for luxury cakes, focusing on artistry, detail, and unforgettable experiences. For me, cake design is far more than baking, it is about creating a centrepiece that brings beauty, emotion, and atmosphere to a celebration.
It all started as a home business, blossomed into a well-known cake shop in Broxton Village Market for 12 years. But, in 2019 everything changed and I now enjoy working in my private studio creating individual works of art.
Inspired by timeless elegance and modern sophistication, every cake is thoughtfully designed to reflect the people and story behind it. From delicate textures and refined finishes to carefully balanced flavours, each detail is created with intention and care.
I also believe the experience should feel just as seamless as the final design. From our first conversation to delivery day, my aim is to make the process personal, exciting, and completely tailored to you.
